亲情

有个从别校转来的男生来见我,他想参加学校的田径队。他说他初二时是县级一百公尺短跑冠军,在州际田径赛初赛中跑第一,在决赛那天却因为家庭事故而缺席,过后整个初三他停学一年,连PMR也没有考。

我当时赶着去上课,没有时间进一步了解他停学一年的原因。过后打听清楚,才知道这个可怜的孩子有个暴力的父亲,父亲常年把老婆孩子当沙包,老婆受不了折磨离家出走,孩子被送去福利部收容所,该收容所靠近我们的学校,所以今年他终于有机会重返校园。

今天中午有个会议,在等待其他老师进来会议室时,下午班的课外活动秘书告诉我,她的母亲刚在十一月尾病逝,享年五十一岁。听到这个年龄我吓了一跳,她的妈妈只比我年长几年,这么快就走完人生路!

她伤感地说她的爸爸在十年前五十岁时也去世了,所以她现在是anak yatim piatu,无爹无娘的孤儿。

今天听了两个伤感的故事,一个因为亲情而身心受创,一个因为失去亲情而悲伤。

Unfortunate and mischievous are the sad things on mankind, but nevertheless it happens in our surroundings and causing hardship to the beloved children.
It is only and unless the elderly had realised their children are innocent and needs help, our social and community should concern and render assistant to those unfortunate persons.
Also appropriate actions must be taken on those irresponsible parents so that laws be uphold for justice and protection for minor.
