Head Master, deputy and teachers all be given incentives and as high as Seven Thousands to be award for those having distintive records performance of each respective school head. Therefore, it is highly expected that more efforts be taken so that pupils of the school could emerge outstanding results. Furthermore, extra incentives would be able to favour for support of his own party and government.
