下水

在猪肉档买猪肉,老板娘一边切猪肉一边喊她的朋友,“要就快点来拿,再不来拿我就送给外劳。”

老板娘的朋友在猪肉档后面的一个容器里拿了一些内脏装进袋子里,她一边拿一边转头对我说,“我拿回去给狗吃的。”

吃不吃内脏是个人喜好,她其实没必要对我这个顾客甲解释。

我想起小时候有个亲戚从澳洲回来探亲,婆婆问他在澳洲有没有买些猪肝瘦肉补身。澳洲亲戚说洋人认为动物内脏不卫生,通常都把这些东西丢掉,亲戚这个答复让婆婆深感可惜。

贾平凹在《高老庄》里写高老庄人喜欢吃猪内脏,他们把猪内脏叫“下水”,红白事宴客一定要有下水,没有肉还可以,没有下水就被认为酒席菜不好。

我已经“文明”到不吃动物内脏了,唯一欲罢不能的是胡椒猪肚汤。

Infact hot-plate liver is so tasty, big and small intestine well cooked by chef can be wonderful foods and pig stomach even can be served as beautiful soup in dinner table.

However, our new generations look like skip-out above varieties of delicious foods due to wrong advice and dare not to consume.
Suppose the pigs has been testify and examined by health officers before sent for slaughter.

Again we are not encourage continuosly to eat the same menu inclusive those fast foods.
