In any events or established organisation, young and talented participants are vital and necessary inorder to deliver new creatives and changes. However, it is believed that training make the difference and pratices shall enrich experiences. But in the sport events experienced always off-set by age and hence to be replaced by the young capable persons. And the life span of sportman and sports woman are short. On the other hand some great leaders just captured his seat and position for a very long periods and not willingly to step down for a change. Such a selfish and dictatorship will not be able to transform for the benefits of people at large.
